Work environment

• Interface between Medical Affairs teams, Digital, Data and IT teams, and external project partners
• Gathering and analyzing business needs; facilitating multidisciplinary workshops
• Mapping and modeling processes
• Translating business needs and the Target Operating Model into use cases, user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Writing functional and non-functional requirements and specifications usable by technical teams and suppliers
• Managing and prioritizing the backlog
• Contributing to the scoping and execution of the PoC (testing the Target Operating Model and key functional and technical capabilities)
• Defining solution evaluation criteria, gap analysis, and functional coverage analysis; contributing to the evaluation of Buy, Make, or Hybrid scenarios
• Producing decision-making elements to secure the PoC and then the choice of the target solution
• Preparing and coordinating functional acceptance testing and UAT
• Managing risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions
• Supporting the design, integration, and deployment of the target solution, in line with the application ecosystem, architectural principles, security, data protection, and compliance requirements, and related initiatives
• Fluent English
• Experience in information systems and in the Medical Affairs domain; knowledge of Medical Affairs processes
• Experience in dialogue with architects, Data teams, security experts, and suppliers
• Major asset: experience with digital platforms and Data / AI projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Appreciated: understanding of Medical Insight Management activities; experience with CRM solutions or platforms dedicated to Medical Affairs
• Appreciated: experience with projects integrating AI or processing unstructured data; environments subject to Data Privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Appreciated: proficiency in tools for requirements management, backlog, testing, and collaborative documentation
