Seeking an IT Business Analyst with experience in Medical Affairs for a pharmaceutical company. The role involves bridging communication between Medical Affairs, Digital/Data/IT teams, and external partners, analyzing business needs, and translating them into technical requirements.

- Interface between Medical Affairs teams, Digital, Data and IT teams, and external project partners
- Gathering and analyzing business needs; facilitating multidisciplinary workshops
- Mapping and modeling processes
- Translating business needs and the Target Operating Model into use cases, user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Writing functional and non-functional requirements and specifications usable by technical teams and suppliers
- Managing and prioritizing the backlog
- Contributing to the scoping and execution of the PoC (testing the Target Operating Model and key functional and technical capabilities)
- Defining solution evaluation criteria, gap analysis, and functional coverage analysis; contributing to the evaluation of Buy, Make, or Hybrid scenarios
- Producing decision-making elements to secure the PoC and then the choice of the target solution
- Preparing and coordinating functional acceptance testing and UAT
- Managing risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions
- Supporting the design, integration, and deployment of the target solution, in line with the application ecosystem, architectural principles, security, data protection, and compliance requirements, and related initiatives
- Fluent English
- Experience in information systems and in the Medical Affairs domain; knowledge of Medical Affairs processes
- Experience in dialogue with architects, Data teams, security experts, and suppliers
- Major asset: experience with digital platforms and Data / AI projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Appreciated: understanding of Medical Insight Management activities; experience with CRM solutions or platforms dedicated to Medical Affairs
- Appreciated: experience with projects integrating AI or processing unstructured data; environments subject to Data Privacy, security, and compliance requirements
- Appreciated: proficiency in tools for requirements management, backlog, testing, and collaborative documentation
