We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Business Analyst to join a dynamic team dedicated to evolving the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and proficiency in Agile methodologies. This position involves acting as a bridge between different business units and development teams, with a focus on identifying needs and formulating solutions.

• Gather and analyze the needs of different business units.
• Challenge requests to identify the most relevant and value-creating solutions.
• Translate functional requirements into clear and detailed User Stories.
• Lead scoping and refinement workshops with stakeholders.
• Support development teams in understanding requirements.
• Prepare and conduct demonstrations of new features before their production release.
• Guide and support users during testing phases (UAT).
• Monitor deployed evolutions and gather user feedback.
• Actively monitor the Salesforce ecosystem to identify new opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Backlog, User Stories, Refinement, Sprint Planning, UAT).
• Ability to challenge and structure user requests.
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written).
• Curiosity, proactivity, and ability to be a proposer.
