Project overview

As part of IT system transformation projects, our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst capable of managing complex projects end-to-end. The consultant will be involved in functional scoping, stakeholder coordination, and operational project monitoring through to acceptance.

Work Environment

• Lead IT projects end-to-end, from functional scoping to acceptance and go-live.
• Gather and analyze business needs, then write functional specifications.
• Build and monitor project schedules, budgets, workloads, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical teams, and service providers in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Lead project and steering committees, ensure reporting, and prepare necessary decisions.
• Organize and supervise functional acceptance phases, track issues, and ensure deliverables comply with expressed needs.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in IT Project Management / Business Analysis, with proven experience on complex and cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in managing transformation projects, from scoping to delivery.
• Good command of Agile methodologies and Jira / Confluence tools.
• Solid understanding of technical environments: software, infrastructure, APIs, and data interfaces.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
