Business and Systems Analyst (Data / BI)

Join projects for the development and transformation of the data and reporting environment in one of the largest organizations in its industry. You will analyze business requirements and processes, design solutions with development teams, and work with large data volumes.

Responsibilities

What we expect:

• Analysis of business requirements and business processes
• Preparation of analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation
• Defining requirements for data and reporting solutions with business users
• Analysis of large data volumes for projects and tests
• Preparation of test scenarios, cases, and results
• Cooperation with programming teams in designing and implementing solutions
• Participation in projects for the development and transformation of the data and reporting environment
• Min. 2 years of experience in business or systems analysis in the area of data, data warehouses, or BI
• Good knowledge of SQL, allowing you to analyze data independently
• Experience working with large data volumes
• Experience in preparing analytical documentation and requirement specifications
• Experience in creating test scenarios and cases
• Ability to model business processes and analytical thinking
• Ease in direct cooperation with business users

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims settlement, benefits, or policy systems processes
• Knowledge of SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros)
• Experience in data warehouse projects, data migration, or data architecture redesign
