Business Change Manager CRM

Project overview

As a business change manager, you will lead the organizational change around the implementation of a new CRM process within the police intake process.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing the impact of the change on processes, roles, and stakeholders
• Identifying and engaging stakeholders such as management, end-users, and employee representation
• Creating support and identifying resistance early on
• Developing a communication plan about the change
• Redesigning and aligning work processes with the new system
• Setting up a training plan and training key users
• Organizing manuals and work instructions
• Measuring and monitoring adoption and use of the new system
• Guiding the go-live and resolving issues from the business
• Evaluating results and embedding the new working method in the organization
• Facilitating local police officers in implementation in regional units
• Proven track record as a business change manager, change manager, or implementation manager within complex organizations
• Knowledge and experience in CRM implementations or similar customer, case, or workflow-oriented systems
• Background in process implementation, adoption, stakeholder management, and organizationally anchoring changes
• Experience in a political-administrative or public environment as a plus
• Results-oriented, administratively and organizationally sensitive working style
• Strong communication and connecting skills at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
• Analytical, structured, and decisive ability
• HBO work and thinking level, demonstrated through diploma or relevant experience
