Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to participate in the design, configuration, support, and testing phases of the Supply Chain Finance product line development program.
Project overview
Context
The service is part of the Business & IT Development Program for the Supply Chain Finance product line (Corporate & Commodities).
Assignments
As a Business Analyst, the key roles and activities of the mission will be:
Design:
Configuration & Support:
Testing:
- Participate in and lead design workshops, write framing and design documents
- Understand end-to-end business processes and translate them into detailed specifications
- Work closely with managers and end-users to determine the best solution
- Functional relations with software vendors (if applicable) and the various IT departments of the value chain (Finance, Risk, Reference Data)
- Assistance to developers and back/front offices for software configuration
- Training of key users and preparation for the application's transition to maintenance
- Writing test cases and expected results
- Execution of validation testing phases & coordination of User Acceptance Testing
- End-to-end monitoring of operations in the systems
