Case Manager Construction (secondment)

Project overview

As a case manager construction, you will handle permit applications under the Environmental Protection Act.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising individuals and companies on permit issuance under the Environmental Protection Act and on decisions
• Coordinating the permit process within the applicable deadlines
• Handling construction-related environmental permit applications from submission to decision, including technical and zoning plan assessment
• Acting as a case manager for more complex initiatives
• Drafting memos for the director or alderman on politically and administratively sensitive files
• Maintaining contact with chain partners such as the Environmental Service and other external parties
• Obtaining necessary advice and assessments in a timely manner for the integrated processing of requests
• Minimum HBO bachelor's degree
• Diplomas for ABW 1 and ABW 2
• Experience with issuing permits for houses, apartment complexes, and/or commercial buildings
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a case manager and/or construction permit issuer
• At least 3 years of experience in drafting letters and decisions
• Preferably experience in onboarding junior construction case managers in the RxMission case management system
• Available at least 4 days a week to work at the office
