Seeking a Bilingual French/English CCRM & Retention Manager to create weekly campaigns, set up automations, and analyze client performance for 3-5 brands. This is a fully remote freelance position.

Job description
Your typical day:
60% – Creation of weekly campaigns for your clients. Regular briefing and co-creation with a Designer on the visual aspect.
20% – Setup and improvement of automations (SMS & Email) for your clients.
20% – Reporting and analysis of your clients' performance.
How many brands will I be responsible for?
Between 3 and 5 brands, working in pairs (1 CRM Manager & 1 Designer).

Working hours:
Alignment with our clients' European time zone is essential.
Working conditions

The possibility to work as a freelancer, fully remote, from anywhere in the world (while respecting the European timezone)
Or a permanent contract in Paris, France.
Beginners accepted
No prior experience needed: we recruit curious, intelligent, and motivated individuals.
Fluent French mastery
Fluent English
Our clients operate in various markets: USA, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, etc. Excellent command of English is essential, both for communicating with the teams and for writing impactful emails.
