- Identify levers for productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Support the transformation of underwriting, contract management, and claims processing.
- Facilitate collaboration between operations, IT, finance, risk, and support functions.
- Monitor compliance, internal control, and operational resilience topics.
- Achievement of the COO's priorities.
- Improvement in deadlines, costs, and service levels.
- Progress in customer satisfaction.
- Advancement of action plans and transformation programs.
- Reduction of risks and improvement of operational performance.
