The client is looking for a Construction Manager for the Naval Sector to oversee all construction work related to ventilation systems on site. This role involves managing teams, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job description
You will manage all construction work related to the site's ventilation systems.
You will actively participate in defining needs.
You will write the technical descriptions associated with the projects.
You will support our suppliers throughout the tender phase.
You will process purchase requests and rigorously manage the construction site budget.
You will coordinate the progress of the work directly with the site occupants.
You will manage HVAC construction sites and associated trades such as drilling, false ceiling installation, or electrical connections.
You will ensure that installations comply with regulations and best practices.
You will create the reference value files for each installation.
You will review the "As-Built" Documentation (DOE) and validate the acceptance of the works.
This position, based in CHERBOURG OCTEVILLE, is for a 6-month mission.
The gross annual salary is negotiable based on your experience.
Profile sought
You will lead and manage one or more teams according to the importance of your construction sites, under the responsibility of the Project Manager.
You will manage the various subcontractors by optimizing the schedule and phasing of the works.
You will ensure the daily safety of employees, machinery, and compliance with current standards.
You will propose and adapt technical solutions with the occasional support of the Project Manager.
You will manage your construction sites by perfectly integrating co-activity and environmental constraints.
You will facilitate the work of other teams through the quality of your organization and adherence to your milestones.
