• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken, are essential.

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across all trades.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report on programme milestones, risks, and delays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, construction standards, and project specifications.
