Experience in data centre construction, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable.

- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across all trades.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report on programme milestones, risks, and delays.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, construction standards, and project specifications.
