Consultant PMO Data Control

Project overview

We are looking for a long-term mission for our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, an expert consultant in data control and project management. You will work on a regulatory program aimed at meeting the requirements of a regulator. The challenge: to build a recurring data control system, initially as a Proof of Concept by sampling, then in permanent risk-based control. A first control campaign is planned soon.

Profile sought

You have solid experience in data management and data control, ideally in a banking and regulatory context. You are proficient in project management and PMO (monitoring, reporting, facilitating committees and workshops) and know how to analyze control results. Familiarity with database queries is appreciated. A good level of English is required. Degree BAC+4/5. Rigorous, structured, and comfortable with business and IT stakeholders, you know how to move complex subjects forward.

• Define the data scope and select the controls to be included in the Proof of Concept.
• Translate controls into queries on central databases, with IT teams.
• Analyze results by entity and select lines to investigate.
• Have anomalies confirmed by business units and support remediation efforts.
• Contribute to defining the sustainable target and the risk-based approach to prioritize risk areas.
• Ensure PMO: weekly monitoring, status reports for the steering committee, working groups, and minutes.
