Consulting Assignment | Requirements Analyst

Responsibilities

Facilitate and lead requirements dialogues with business representatives, stakeholders, and development teams to create common understanding and clear goals.

Identify, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into clear, concrete, and testable requirements with a strong focus on business value.

Drive requirements from a concrete business need through analysis, refinement, and collaboration with various competencies to a feasible solution ready for implementation.

Act as a bridge between business and IT by translating business needs into concrete, feasible, and testable solutions.

Ensure quality, traceability, and an appropriate level of detail throughout the requirements process.

Create consensus among stakeholders, and manage dependencies and complex issues in a changing environment.

Work closely with development teams, product owners, UX, and testers in daily work to ensure that requirements are understandable, feasible, and create intended business value.

Ensure that deliveries meet business goals, user needs, and technical prerequisites.

Apply and further develop established methods, ways of working, and quality principles within requirements management, and act on improvement opportunities in ways of working and delivery flows.

Skills:

Several years of experience as a requirements analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in a complex organization or digital product environment.

Documented ability to facilitate workshops and requirements dialogues with stakeholders from both business and IT.

Solid experience in analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.

Documented experience in requirements analysis and requirements management in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach with a focus on quality and traceability.

Good understanding of system flows, integrations, and technical dependencies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Experience in applying and improving established methods, ways of working, and quality principles within requirements management.

Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Very good ability to communicate and document in Swedish and English.

The consultant actively contributes throughout the delivery process. With a pragmatic, hands-on approach and great attention to detail, they support the team from idea and refinement to implementation and follow-up. The consultant also identifies and acts on opportunities to improve methods and ways of working within requirements management, collaboration, and delivery flows.
