Assignment Description
Järfälla Municipality is in need of consulting support in connection with the procurement of telephony (possibly including Contact Center solution). The consulting support concerns support for the business's needs inventory, requirements specification, and development of requirements documentation. As well as some support to the business during tender evaluation. The contract period applies from immediate start until the assignment has been completed, but no later than 2028-03-01.
Possibility of extension:
2 x 3 months
Delivery Requirements
All material produced is owned by Järfälla Municipality and must be handed over no later than upon completion of the assignment.
Expected Result
Development of a requirements document, assisting the business in requirements specification, and potential implementation. The work takes place both at the customer's site and remotely based on the business's needs.
Project Organization
In addition to the consultant, the municipality's own staff in the form of clients for telephony and procurement officers.

- Several years of experience in conducting procurements.
- Good knowledge of municipal operations and their conditions.
- Technical competence and experience in telephony.
- Documented experience of conducting at least one equivalent procurement in telephony.
- Reference assignments: Experience is proven through two reference assignments that are equivalent to the assignment expected to be carried out.
