Contract Manager Drinking Water Installations (Secondment)

Project overview

As a contract manager, you will support the management of contracts throughout the entire lifecycle of infrastructural projects at Waternet.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Support the contract manager in drafting, managing, and monitoring contracts
• Monitor contractual obligations such as deadlines, performances, risks, and changes
• Register and process changes (VTWs), claims, and deviations
• Maintain contract files and ensure a complete and up-to-date administration
• Identify risks and deviations and report on them to the contract manager
• Prepare reports and contribute to progress and risk files
• HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of law, engineering, construction, business administration, or comparable
• Knowledge of contract management in projects, preferably within infrastructure, water, construction, or technology
• Affinity with project-based work and the IPM structure
• Familiarity with administrative systems and document management
• Knowledge of contract forms such as UAV and UAV-GC is a plus
