- Demonstrable experience gained within the social domain
- Broad knowledge in the field of contract management, supplier management, and municipal processes
- Experience with managing agreements
- Able to independently guide complex stakeholder trajectories
- Strong analytical and results-oriented
- Politically and administratively sensitive
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- One or more references available
- Recent work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
