Contract Manager Youth (secondment)

Project overview

As a contract manager for youth care, you are responsible for managing contracts within the youth care sector. Your tasks include:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Monitoring, tracking, and optimizing contracts within youth care
• Ensuring that agreements with care providers are met
• Aligning services with municipal objectives and the Youth Act
• Collaborating with regional municipalities, procurement advisors, and financial colleagues within the social domain
• Maintaining relationships with care providers
• Identifying trends and bottlenecks and translating them into concrete improvements
• Contributing to the further development of regional contract management
• Monitoring the quality, financial agreements, and legality of contracts
• HBO (higher professional education) level in terms of work and thinking ability as a minimum
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a contract manager
• Legal knowledge in the field of contracts, procurement, and associated laws and regulations
• Understanding of business operations and financial management
• Well-developed analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Independent and results-oriented approach
• Experience with (European) tenders in the social domain is recommended
