Coordinating Project Leader Pilots

Project overview

The assignment includes coordinating multiple pilots and ensuring alignment with the Pilot & Implementation Board (PIB).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Monitor agreements made with collaborations regarding progress information and necessary decisions
• Assess and consolidate provided information into a coherent overview for reporting and decision-making
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and findings and present them in a timely manner to the PIB or other bodies
• Communicate decisions and actions taken back to the pilot teams
• Ensure timely availability of information during phase transitions, evaluations, handovers, and follow-up advice
• HBO work and thinking level, demonstrable through a completed HBO or WO education or comparable experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the last 7 years as a senior project manager, program manager, or in a comparable role within complex, multi-party projects
• Demonstrable experience in simultaneously coordinating at least two projects under different project leaders across multiple organizations
• Experience in organizing collaboration and alignment between parties without direct hierarchical authority
