As a coordinator, you will work on improving the connection between education and the labor market in the Rivierenland region. You will explore and develop the HBO Hub Rivierenland, monitor projects, and facilitate collaboration.
Project overview
As a coordinator, you will work on improving the connection between education and the labor market in the Rivierenland region.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Explore and further develop the HBO Hub Rivierenland together with education, employers, VNO-NCW, and sectors
- Monitor projects and provide substantive and financial accountability together with the project leader
- Facilitate collaboration in projects where educational institutions play an executing role, such as the Praktijklab/Talentatelier, the Regionaal Stagebureau, Digikrachtig Rivierenland, and the Werkcentrum Rivierenland
- Identify and explore opportunities for new initiatives at the interface of education and the labor market and develop them together with partners
- Connect themes such as lifelong learning, the transition from school to work, and the inclusive labor market
- Participate in program office meetings to coordinate project results
- Strengthen and sustain the collaboration between educational institutions, sectors, private education partners, and employers
- Investigate how successful project results can be continued permanently
- Record progress and report to the Partner Consultation and the Regional Labor Market Region Rivierenland Council
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level
- Experience with connecting education and the labor market
- Work experience within a labor market region
- Experience in setting up and executing projects with multiple public and private parties
- Availability for the entire duration for an average of 16 to 20 hours per week
- Experience in strengthening the connection between education and the labor market (pre)
- Work experience within a labor market region or public-private network organization (pre)
- Experience in facilitating and monitoring multi-stakeholder projects (pre)
- Knowledge of or experience within the education and labor market network in Rivierenland (pre)
