Your responsibilities

As a Customer Journey Expert within Product Service Excellence, we are not only responsible for creating simple, digital, and personal journeys for all our mortgage customers. We also ensure that all our journeys meet the requirements of laws and regulations, and that potential risks are addressed in our journeys and in our policies. For this last point, we are temporarily looking for an extra resource who can help speed up a number of complex cases. If you are that skilled and driven mortgage expert, then we are looking for you!

Specifically, we are looking for:

An experienced product manager or customer journey expert (>8 years of experience)

With knowledge of the mortgage product

Who has complex stakeholder management under control

Has knowledge of (complex) risk journeys

Someone who is proactive, decisive, and results-oriented

Profile of the suited interim professional:

Required skills

What you bring

A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree

Experience with back-office processes is a plus

Excellent command of both Dutch and English

Affinity with the mortgage market and customer experience within this sector

You work demonstrably data-driven and always put the customer first
