Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading retail business to recruit a Data Analyst. London/Leeds based - Hybrid working

Role

Profile

• The Data Analyst will design and implement post-campaign analysis (PCA) frameworks to measure retail media effectiveness and incremental sales uplift.
• Analyse EPOS data to evaluate campaign performance, including test vs control methodologies, product halo effects and category cannibalisation.
• Develop automated reporting solutions, dashboards and data visualisations to communicate campaign performance.
• Support the development of data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability.
• Translate complex analytical findings into compelling commercial insights and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technical partners to define reporting requirements, validate solutions and ensure successful delivery.
• Document analytical methodologies, reporting processes and technical solutions.
• The Data Analyst will have strong experience within retail media, retail analytics or campaign effectiveness measurement.
• Proven experience working with EPOS/transactional sales data.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery, GCP or Azure.
• Experience using visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid or Looker Studio.
• Understanding of campaign measurement methodologies, including incremental sales uplift and test vs control analysis.
• Excellent commercial awareness, stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently, deliver at pace and manage multiple priorities.
