Project overview
- Analyze business processes and translate business needs into actionable, data-driven insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate large datasets.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs.
- Optimize existing reports and processes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Support data analysis and transformation in Databricks (nice to have).
- Business Analysis Expertise: Strong grasp of business operations, including process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Able to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Minimum 4 years of experience in the data field.
- Advanced Power BI Proficiency: Mastery of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, query optimization, and integration of diverse data sources to build dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Strong SQL Knowledge: Advanced SQL expertise with a proven track record on corporate data solutions, writing efficient queries and managing complex transformations on large datasets.
- Databricks Familiarity (nice to have): Basic understanding of Databricks' collaborative environment for data engineering and analytics.
