Project overview
Hello,
We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)
The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Data Product Manager / Lead.
Your duties will include:
- Defining, managing and prioritising the roadmap for data products, including feature stores, decisioning and underwriting datasets, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Aligning product priorities and investments with business value, commercial objectives and risk impact.
- Translating credit, underwriting, fraud prevention and business requirements into clear product specifications, priorities and acceptance criteria for Data Engineering and ML teams.
- Collaborating closely with Data Engineering and ML/MLOps leadership to align product roadmaps with platform architecture, technical capacity and delivery schedules.
- Driving an AI-first approach to data product development, incorporating AI agents into decision-making processes with appropriate guardrails, evaluation mechanisms and human oversight.
- Leading and coordinating a team of up to 3 Data Consultants, including capacity planning and allocation of resources across BNPL and Payments domains.
- Establishing and monitoring product performance metrics, including adoption, self-service analytics usage and decisioning-data SLAs.
- Communicating roadmap progress, priorities, risks and trade-offs to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Supporting the development of data products based on Databricks lakehouse architecture, feature stores, alternative data sources and payment partner integrations.
- Promoting the use of LLM-assisted analytics and agentic tools to improve team efficiency and data product delivery.
