Project overview

Within Asset Management, as an Associate Portfolio & Accounts, you are responsible for the setup and management of portfolio and account structures.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up, modifying, and closing investment portfolios, accounts, and related administrative structures
• Coordinating account openings, changes, and closings with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing payment and settlement instructions and supporting payment traffic, callbacks, and operational controls
• Ensuring correct, complete, and timely registration of portfolio, account, and master data in various systems
• Performing checks and monitoring data quality and consistency
• Monitoring and following up on operational exceptions and data quality issues, such as MIA's
• Acting as a point of contact for questions about portfolios, accounts, and data, and flagging operational and data-related issues
• Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and automation within the operational investment chain
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week
• Willingness to work at the office in Heerlen twice a week
• Good command of the English language, the formal language of communication within the team
