Mission Context

As part of a major digital transformation program, we are looking for a Domain Delivery Lead – Transversal to support the modernization of a complex and strategic IT environment.

Your mission will be to unite several agile teams around a common vision, to drive the delivery of business solutions, and to ensure alignment between business objectives, IT priorities, and team capabilities.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment requiring leadership, strategic vision, and excellent coordination skills.

Your responsibilities

• Unite and coordinate several agile teams (Squads) around common objectives.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and delivery priorities.
• Define and drive the overall roadmap with the different teams.
• Coordinate inter-team dependencies and manage priorities.
• Foster team autonomy through a Servant Leadership approach.
• Identify and remove organizational and technical obstacles.
• Lead agile rituals and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure stakeholder management and communication with business and IT management.
• Monitor project budgets, capacities, risks, and changes.
• Manage suppliers and ensure regular reporting to governance bodies.
