Mission Context
As part of a major digital transformation program, we are looking for a Domain Delivery Lead – Transversal to support the modernization of a complex and strategic IT environment.
Your mission will be to unite several agile teams around a common vision, to drive the delivery of business solutions, and to ensure alignment between business objectives, IT priorities, and team capabilities.
You will work in a multidisciplinary environment requiring leadership, strategic vision, and excellent coordination skills.
Your responsibilities
- Unite and coordinate several agile teams (Squads) around common objectives.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and delivery priorities.
- Define and drive the overall roadmap with the different teams.
- Coordinate inter-team dependencies and manage priorities.
- Foster team autonomy through a Servant Leadership approach.
- Identify and remove organizational and technical obstacles.
- Lead agile rituals and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure stakeholder management and communication with business and IT management.
- Monitor project budgets, capacities, risks, and changes.
- Manage suppliers and ensure regular reporting to governance bodies.
