Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will join the logistics and customer service department to streamline operations during peak activity:

Conditions & Benefits

Contract type: 3-month temporary assignment (start date November 16)

• Management of transport incidents: conduct investigations with carriers, track shipper returns, and issue necessary transport documents.
• Order and returns administration: process reservation requests, coordinate exchanges, and manage in-store returns according to the company's quality standards.
• Operational coordination: provide cross-functional support for flow monitoring and ensure daily updates of internal databases.

Requirements

Key skills: excellent command of Excel and communication skills

Soft skills: rigor, strong sense of service, organization, responsiveness, and ability to quickly resolve unforeseen issues.

Assets: previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or back-office management is appreciated

Salary: 32,000 euros gross per year (over 13 months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM / 6:00 PM

Special condition: due to the high operational intensity related to the year-end holidays, no leave will be granted during this period.
