Job description
Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will join the logistics and customer service department to streamline operations during peak activity:
Conditions & Benefits
Contract type: 3-month interim mission, starting 11/16/2026
- Management of transport incidents: conduct investigations with carriers, track shipper returns, and edit necessary transport documents.
- Order and returns administration: process reservation requests, coordinate exchanges, and manage in-store returns according to the brand's standards.
- Operational coordination: provide cross-functional support for flow monitoring and ensure daily updates of internal databases.
Requirements
Key skills: excellent command of Excel and communication skills
Soft skills: rigor, strong sense of service, organization, responsiveness, and ability to quickly resolve unforeseen issues.
Assets: previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or back-office management is appreciated.

Paris 9th
Salary: €30,000 gross per year, paid over 13 months
Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM / 6:00 PM
Special condition: given the high operational intensity related to the holiday season, no leave will be granted during this period.
