Ecological (Contract) Advisor Crayfish (Secondment)

Project overview

The assignment involves managing contracts within the framework contract for crayfish, consisting of four lots.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Manage the contracts within the four lots of the framework contract for crayfish
• Supervise compliance with contractual agreements, delivered performances, planning, and lead times
• Issue, record, and track assignments falling under the contracts
• Check and process invoices and progress reports from contractors
• Identify and report risks, deviations, and bottlenecks in the execution of the contracts
• Prepare and organize progress and contract meetings with contractors
• Maintain contact with internal stakeholders and external contract partners
• Contribute to a clear and efficient administration of the contracts
• Participate in the bi-weekly team meeting of the crayfish team
• Demonstrable higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level, to be substantiated with education, courses, or work experience
• At least 3 years of experience gained in the past 5 years as a contract advisor, contract manager, or in a similar role
• At least 3 years of experience gained in the past 5 years within a civil engineering project environment
• Engagement not possible as a self-employed person without staff (zzp'er)
• Sense of quality and standards, accuracy, analytical insight, and ability to collaborate
