Our client in the Industry sector is looking for an Electronic Invoicing Program Director (Part-time) M/F

A large group in the business services sector, with several billion euros in revenue, is finalizing its compliance with the electronic invoicing reform.

The project covers:

The solution is based on an approved platform and a financial ERP. It started recently and is currently in the stabilization phase.

Lead the finalization of the project and coordinate business teams, IT, and vendors on the remaining work:

Profile Required

Essential Skills/Qualities:

Electronic invoicing, finance, ESKER

• issuing customer invoices, within the O2C processes;
• receiving supplier invoices, within the P2P processes;
• e-reporting.
• maintain an integrated schedule and manage deliveries by milestones: progressive opening of customer invoice distribution via the approved platform, activation of e-reporting, then deployment of different use cases;
• coordinate business Product Owners, AMOA, IT, and the invoicing platform and ERP vendors;
• manage acceptance testing and go-lives, including go/no-go decisions and rollback plans;
• lead the weekly monitoring committee and prepare steering committees, with reporting to management.
• at least 10 years of experience in managing Finance and IT transformation projects;
• good knowledge of O2C and P2P processes and their VAT implications;
• concrete experience with projects related to the electronic invoicing reform;
• experience with projects involving multiple vendors and multiple legal entities;
• proficiency with a project tracking tool like Jira;
• knowledge of an electronic invoicing platform or a financial ERP is a real asset;
• experience taking over a project after its start;
• ability to drive teams without direct hierarchical link;
• ease in exchanges with members of a management committee
