Interim Environmental Law Jurist needed to support a municipality with complex permit processes, including advising on and managing applications for deviations from the environmental plan and multi-part environmental permit applications.
Project overview
As an environmental law jurist, you will support the municipality with complex permit processes.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising on and guiding applications for deviations from the environmental plan (BOPA's)
- Managing multi-part environmental permit applications from start to finish
- Drafting proposals for the college and council in coordination with the portfolio holder
- Acting as the substantive point of contact for plan testers and other professional groups
- Representing the college of mayor and aldermen in objection procedures and before the administrative judge
- Legal degree at HBO or WO level
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience within environmental law
- Immediately available for 24 hours per week from November 16, 2026, to May 14, 2027
- Weekly physical presence on Mondays at the municipality's office location
