Environmental Manager

Project overview

As an environmental manager, you are responsible for the environment during the preparatory and execution phases of energy projects.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop a participation and communication strategy
• Monitor issue management
• Organize stakeholder management
• Translate wishes and technical requirements from the environment into the project
• Create collaboration conditions with municipalities, partners, network operators, and contractors
• Act as a point of contact for the environment
• Maintain contact with municipalities, project leaders, and contractors
• Inform local residents, businesses, and landowners via letters, residents' evenings, or personal conversations
• Completed HBO or WO education, for example in the direction of communication, public administration, or spatial planning
• Experience as an environmental manager in processes and participation around area development, preferably in large complex projects
• Affinity with energy technology
