Seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a large-scale HR transformation program, focusing on Talent Management and Core HR functionalities.
Project overview
Context
As part of a major HR transformation program, we are strengthening the project team with an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term assignment. You will be involved in the design, scoping, implementation, and securing of Talent workstreams, particularly Lot 2 Core HR Talent.
Functional Scope
- Individual interviews (annual campaigns, objectives, evaluations)
- Professional interviews
- Talent Management processes in a broad sense
- Training, depending on program progress
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs
- Lead or contribute to design workshops with HR teams and stakeholders
- Write functional specifications and business rules
- Prepare and manage user acceptance testing (UAT): strategy, test cases, issue tracking
- Support business adoption of solutions (change management, support, knowledge transfer)
- Contribute to the overall success of the project and the securing of milestones
