Context

A major banking group is looking for a technical PMO to frame and animate strategic agentic AI increments within its tribe and contribute to a coherent roadmap. The role is cross-functional: it links squads, technical profiles (architects, LLM experts, tech leads), and stakeholders, on generative and agentic AI topics, in a regulated environment.

• Duration: Long-term mission
• Pace: Hybrid, 3 days on-site
• Location: Paris

Responsibilities

• Technically frame innovative agentic strategy topics, in connection with current and future LLM products
• Prepare and lead steering committees / executive committees for the topics under your responsibility
• Instruct, monitor, and support products with technical profiles
• Coordinate squads and stakeholders, challenging them technically and strategically
• Structure monitoring processes (backlog, ad-hoc requests)
• Write framing and communication materials (notes, presentations, diagrams) and technical-functional specifications
• Contribute to the roadmap of use cases, working on inter-squad and inter-entity links
