You will work in a demanding banking environment, with strong constraints on availability, security, and service continuity. The IT system is operated in an outsourcing context, interacting with internal teams (Architecture, Security, Projects...) and the outsourcing provider.

Working Conditions

• Act as a technical referent for production infrastructures, with a strong focus on RUN N2/N3, systems administration, and complex incident resolution.
• Ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) and security maintenance (MCS) of Linux RedHat and Windows Server infrastructures.
• Take charge of complex incidents, perform technical diagnostics, and manage their resolution (RUN N2/N3 support).
• Provide expertise on systems and networks environments and be a support point for the teams.
• Monitor and challenge the interventions of the outsourcing provider, control the quality of services and compliance with SLAs.
• Contribute to system hardening, patch management, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans (PRA/PCA).
• Identify areas for improvement in terms of performance, reliability, and industrialization.
