Context of the mission

Within the Information Systems Department, you will be part of the Technology Department. The purpose of the targeted service is to build a cross-functional platform based on up-to-date architectural patterns, respecting the latest security standards, and aiming for a robust, open, modular IS free from technical debt.

The mission of the Private Cloud team is to provide, maintain, and evolve the system and private cloud foundation in a hybridized logic in order to offer innovative and high-performance interoperable services.

The work environment:

SAFe organization at scale. We are looking for a Tech Lead capable of having transverse mastery of our technical stacks or of quickly acquiring new skills, of being able to challenge our suppliers while maintaining constant technological monitoring.

Occasional out-of-hours interventions.

Objectives and deliverables

Your main missions:

respecting the SAFe methodology, following the different project phases, and considering the performance/cost ratio.

• Virtualization
• Provisioning of VMWare, vSphere, Vates virtual machines
• NAS Storage
• Backup of a set of production foundations (VM, NAS, baremetal, DB, etc.)
• Update and patching of Windows and Linux systems via WSUS and Satellite and management of golden images for the teams.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap of the foundations while ensuring service quality in compliance with security standards
• Be a driving force for the scalability of the architecture, tools, and operating processes
• Sharing, technological monitoring, and innovation (nearly 50% of the time)
• Liaise with service providers (Microsoft, Broadcom, ...): SLA compliance, communication with support, monitoring of DAT, DEX, and procedure productions, continuous improvement of services, dashboards and reporting, ...
• Participate in infrastructure projects in a collaborative spirit
• Identify technical debts and propose remediation strategies
• Propose short- and long-term evolution plans
• Participate in all stages of development of the solutions offered by the team (POC, acceptance testing, documentation, etc.)
• Participate in DR/BCP tests
