Expertise:

Required experience with Alcatel OXE administration

Required experience with telecommunication environment administration (PABX/IPBX, SaaS solutions)

Required experience with Softphone technologies (SIP, Teams…)

Required experience with Windows / Linux Systems environments

Required experience in Telecoms (network links, telephony ecosystem)

Mastery of network technologies (IP, subnet mask, gateway, VLAN, TCP, UDP, ICMP, switches, firewalls, MPLS, QoS, RTP, RTSP, SIP…)

Document writing: operating procedures, wiki pages, RFCs, specifications

Responsibilities

Handle technical incidents/alerts,

Assist users with incident resolution and manage service requests,

Administer, adapt, and maintain IT environments,

Create, modify, and evolve operating methods and procedures after hierarchical approval,

Verify the proper functioning of other technical and functional components,

Deploy new resources: install, configure IT equipment,

Develop and implement IT process automations,

Manage the performance level, availability, capacity, and obsolescence of technical environments,

Ensure the deployment of security patches, monitor IT services and equipment,

Recommend solutions for technical evolutions within their technical expertise,

Contribute to internal or cross-functional company projects,

Anticipate and propose evolution scenarios and integrate technical solutions,

Participate in estimating the complexity of future work and identifying tasks for user stories,

Produce various operating documentation, procedures, repositories, and maintain the CMDB for products managed by their Squad,

Propose and implement solutions to improve the quality and reliability of configurations exposed during deployments according to rules – adherence to process application,

Adopt agile best practices and contribute to their regular evolution,

Contribute to needs analysis, design a technical solution, and implement/participate in the implementation of this solution,

Manage the performance level, availability, capacity, and obsolescence of technical environments.
