Expert ELK – Datamart & CMDB

Project overview

As part of a strategic IT system transformation program, our client, a large group, is looking for a Senior ELK / Elasticsearch Expert to design and develop a Datamart dedicated to the centralization, historization, and leveraging of data from different IT repositories.

This platform, based on the Elastic Stack (ELK), will consolidate data from CMDBs, ITAM/ITSM tools, and enterprise repositories to meet reporting, cross-functional analysis, and IT activity steering needs.

We are looking for a technical expert capable of working on the entire chain, from Elastic architecture to data restitution.

You have proven experience with the ELK stack, ideally gained in complex IT environments and on data integration and leveraging projects.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and capable of supporting technical and functional teams in architectural choices.

Professional English required.

• Design and implement the technical architecture of the Datamart under Elasticsearch / ELK.
• Define and optimize Elastic data models for analytical uses.
• Design and develop data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment flows.
• Implement and optimize Logstash Pipelines, Ingest Pipelines, Index Templates, and Mappings.
• Develop restitutions and dashboards under Kibana.
• Participate in the definition of Data Products and KPIs with business teams.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and operability of the platform.
• Participate in the industrialization and documentation of the solution.
• ELK / Elasticsearch: Expert level, with significant experience in designing and implementing Elastic architectures.
• Advanced mastery of Elasticsearch: indexing, mappings, queries, performance optimization, and data modeling.
• Kibana: Confirmed level.
• Logstash: Confirmed level.
• Ingest Pipelines / Index Templates: Confirmed level.
• Experience in data integration, transformation, and historization.
• Concrete experience with CMDB environments (ServiceNow CMDB, iTop, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Configuration Item (CI) management issues, relationships between IT components, and repository consolidation.
• Good understanding of ITAM / ITSM environments.
• Experience in designing Datamarts or Data platforms.
• Target ELK architecture for the Datamart.
• Technical architecture document.
