• Professional consultancy on video shootings upfront via virtual communication tool enabling adidas to manage the Sell-In video shooting smoothly. Number of meetings dependent on final video number.
• Expert consultation on how to bridge communication and collaboration gaps between Business Units, EU MOPS teams and service partners (agencies). Execution of weekly project related meetings as well as gathering feedback from the teams via mail / virtual communication tools (contact shared upfront).
• Submission of needs & briefing files (presentation templates, script templates) of previously used documents provided by adidas based on the contractor’s own experience and market best practices.
• Independent update of detailed project plans (MS PowerPoint), shared via mail / virtual communication tool to adidas based on contractors’ expertise.
• Creation and management of budget plans (MS Excel) incl. financial overview. Management includes highlighting budget constraints to adidas via mail /virtual communication tools. Creation based on contractors’ expertise.
• Independent preparation of production schedule (Excel) for involved Business Units and pre-defined production dates (calendar invites to all stakeholders) based on provided data by adidas upfront.
• Consultancy on timely delivery of all video-related documents (briefings, existing videos/images, scripts) to enable adidas to react immediately and remind the stakeholders.
• Creation of production flow in collaboration with external service partners (agencies) and provision of consulting for video shooting based on own expertise to achieve a smooth production flow and content quality. Video creation and post editing is sitting with external service partners (agencies).
• Sample review & check via provided sample report during production days. Provision of information to adidas about discrepancies in order to be able to react and find a solution.
• Provision of professional consultancy about Stylists and Film crew briefings to achieve a smooth and timely production process
• Video Production Management: Experience in overseeing or managing the production, coordination, and delivery of seasonal video content (e.g., Sell-In videos).
• Project & Budget Management: Proficiency in creating and managing detailed project schedules (MS PowerPoint) and comprehensive budget plans including financial overviews (MS Excel).
• Stakeholder & Agency Communication: Strong communication skills to bridge gaps between Business Units, internal operations teams, and external service partners/agencies, including running regular alignment meetings.
• Production Consulting & Briefing: Expertise in consulting on video shootings, establishing production flows, and briefing film crews, stylists, and stakeholders to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Documentation & Quality Control: Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation, manage sample reviews/reports during production, and handle final handovers for review and approval
