Context

The insurance sector is currently looking for an experienced FIM/MIM Expert (Forefront Identity Manager and MIM = Microsoft Identity Manager) to work on a strategic Microsoft platform for identity management and synchronization.

Missions

Work Arrangements

• Replacement of an FIM/MIM specialist currently in place.
• Taking charge of an existing and critical Microsoft platform.
• Maintenance, advanced support, and minor evolutions of the solution.
• Analysis and resolution of complex incidents.
• Participation in the transition and migration work towards a future replacement solution.
• Collaboration with the project teams in charge of this transformation.
• Ensure the maintenance and advanced support of the FIM/MIM platform.
• Carry out minor evolutions on the existing solution.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents related to identity management.
• Participate in the transition to a new solution and support migration work.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and international teams.
• Majority remote work.
• Presence required in Paris during startup (1 to 2 days for equipment collection and onboarding).
• Occasional presence thereafter, approximately once a month.
