Export Sales Administration Manager:
Ensure the administrative execution of transactions related to an order (sale and/or repair) / a customer contract.
Verify the compliance of the sales document.
Perform order review.
Record customer orders in the ERP (SAP/BaaN).
On a daily basis, be in contact with: project managers, sales managers, quality, MRO department, supply chain, customs, export control, finance, and DGA representative to ensure the proper execution of deliveries and the resolution of associated problems.
Be an active participant in the implementation of contractual objectives and manage order processing up to invoicing, including deliveries.
Contribute to achieving the company's objectives, particularly in terms of turnover, delivery performance (OTD/TAT), and invoicing.
Gross monthly salary: €2,730.00
Candidate profile
Education level: Bac+2/3 International Trade / Supply Chain
Experience: 5 years of experience
Languages: Intermediate English
Specific skills: BaaN/SAP would be a plus
