Seeking a freelance Functional Project Manager to bridge the gap between higher education institutions and technical teams for a student journey management IT project.
Project overview
As part of an IT project related to student journey management, take on the role of business-side project manager between higher education institutions and technical teams.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Gather, study, and clarify requests from business departments and higher education institutions
- Determine functional and organizational needs with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide structured feedback to collaborators and support the adoption of new solutions
- Master's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in managing IT or organizational projects
- Minimum 1 year of experience in higher education in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, or on projects related to student journeys (enrollment, programs, grades, international mobility)
- Good knowledge of the academic and administrative functioning of institutions, particularly enrollment, programs, teaching units, ECTS credits, and exchanges with E-Paysage
- Perfect command of French
