Context

As part of strengthening its Information Systems Department, a company operating in a multi-site environment is looking for an IT Production Manager to oversee service quality, ensure the availability of IT infrastructure, and support the evolution of its information system.

You will join an organization with a national network of agencies and logistics platforms, facing significant challenges in service continuity, performance, and cost control.

Reporting to the French CIO, you will be responsible for the operational functioning of the IT infrastructure and the management of a team of 3 to 5 employees.

• Oversee IT production and service quality
• Ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) of IT infrastructures.
• Supervise the performance, availability, and reliability of IT services.
• Define and improve operating and administration procedures.
• Coordinate incident and service request management with internal teams and Group teams.
• Ensure the proper application of processes and the rapid resolution of incidents.
• Guarantee the relevance and effectiveness of the Business Recovery Plan (BRP).
• Implement a continuous service quality improvement approach.
• Manage and coordinate the Production team
• Lead and organize the activities of a team of 3 to 5 employees.
• Define priorities, allocate tasks, and monitor activities.
• Support skills development and professional growth of team members.
• Foster autonomy, responsibility, and collective performance.
• Monitor team results and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage service providers and IT contracts
• Oversee IT suppliers and services.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service levels (SLAs).
• Evaluate the quality of services and their adequacy with the company's needs.
• Participate in negotiations, supplier consultations, and contract evolution.
• Optimize costs while maintaining a service level adapted to operational needs.
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution and IT projects
• Participate in defining medium-term technical orientations.
• Anticipate technological evolutions and propose improvements adapted to the company's challenges.
• Contribute to technical and business projects in conjunction with the relevant teams.
• Participate in change planning and ensure their proper integration into the information system.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and orientations defined by the CIO.
• A central role within the IT department, reporting directly to the French CIO.
• An operational scope with significant challenges in availability and service continuity.
• Management of a human-sized team.
