Your missions

• Conduct diagnostics and analyze the human and organizational impacts of the transformation
• Build and manage change support plans (communication, training, coaching)
• Support managers in their role as change relays
• Design and facilitate collective intelligence and facilitation workshops
• Monitor adoption and adjust actions based on field feedback
