Your missions
- Conduct diagnostics and analyze the human and organizational impacts of the transformation
- Build and manage change support plans (communication, training, coaching)
- Support managers in their role as change relays
- Design and facilitate collective intelligence and facilitation workshops
- Monitor adoption and adjust actions based on field feedback
