Full Stack Developer Nuxt.js/Node.js

We are looking for our client, a player in natural beauty and wellness, present in retail, online, and via mobile app, a Full Stack Developer to strengthen their Conversion squad.

Mission Objective

The client organizes its digital product into autonomous squads, each managing a key area of the customer experience. The Conversion squad is at the heart of the e-commerce experience. It is involved in the entire purchase funnel, from cart consultation to order and payment finalization, and can extend to the conversion zone of product pages.

In a context of growth and continuous evolution of the platform, the squad is being strengthened with a versatile profile, comfortable in both frontend and backend, to build a fluid, performant, reliable, and accessible purchase journey.

The stack is based on:

Nuxt 4 for the frontend

tRPC and Fastify for the backend

Contentful for the CMS

CommerceTools for the commerce platform

Adyen as a Payment Service Provider (PSP)

Main Missions

Design and develop frontend and backend features for the cart, checkout, order, and payment, from conception to production.

Develop performant and maintainable interfaces with Nuxt 4, integrate mockups in coordination with Product and Design, ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

Optimize frontend performance (loading times, key funnel interactions) and contribute to reusable components.

Design and develop APIs and backend services with tRPC and Fastify.

Integrate CommerceTools and Contentful, and participate in the integration and reliability of payment flows with Adyen, considering security, resilience, and performance challenges.

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and contribute to practices that ensure code quality and release stability.

Implement or improve monitoring, logging, and technical/functional indicators, and participate in the analysis and resolution of incidents on the purchase funnel.

Contribute to reducing technical debt and continuously improving the architecture.

Participate in agile rituals and technical design, estimate and break down tasks, perform code reviews, document and share best practices.

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Manager, squad developers, UX/UI teams, and other digital squads.

Full stack web development, proven experience (Mastery)

JavaScript and/or TypeScript (Mastery)

Modern frontend framework, ideally Vue.js and/or Nuxt (Mastery)

Node.js on the backend (Mastery)

APIs and third-party services (Mastery)

Automated tests and code review (Mastery)

API architectures and service interactions (Knowledge)

tRPC, Fastify, or similar technologies (Knowledge)

E-commerce, carts, orders, and payments (Knowledge)

Web performance, accessibility, and security (Knowledge)

Cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (Knowledge)

Contentful, CommerceTools, or Adyen, a plus but not essential (Knowledge)
