Application Portfolio:

Carbon Intelligent Platform: IT carbon footprint management and auditing (cloud and devices), with calculation modules and optimization recommendations.

Accessibility Governance Hub: Centralized digital accessibility governance hub (WCAG/RGAA monitoring, audit management, remediation, risk mapping).

Filly (Executive Assistant): Cross-platform application (Mobile, Web, Desktop/CarPlay) with an embedded voice agent for managing meeting minutes, notes, and actions for C-Levels.

DORA 360: Tool for measuring development cycle performance (DORA metrics, DevOps maturity, automated action plans).

Technical Stack (monorepo)

Monorepo and tooling: Turborepo, pnpm/npm Workspaces, automated CI/CD

Backend and API: Node.js, NestJS with Fastify

Web Frontend: Next.js (React 19+, App Router, Server Components), Tailwind CSS v4, design tokens, React Query

Mobile and cross-platform: React Native / Expo Router

Persistence and data: Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis cache

Security and identity: Entra ID (Azure AD) integration for enterprise authentication and SSO

Observability and quality: OpenTelemetry (traces, metrics, logs), automated testing (Jest, Vitest, Playwright)

Main Missions

In tandem with the Lead Engineer, take charge of the end-to-end design and development of features across the entire stack.

Fullstack development and shared packages

Design and code robust features for web applications (Next.js) and APIs (NestJS/Node.js).

Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of cross-functional packages within the monorepo (design system, utilities, security layers, connectors).

Participate in the porting and evolution of the suite's mobile and desktop applications.

Technical integrations and observability

Implement enterprise authentication connectors with Entra ID.

Integrate observability standards via OpenTelemetry to monitor performance and proper functioning in production.

Ensure good practices for security, performance, and code quality within the team.

Collaboration and proactive contribution

Co-build technical solutions with the Lead Engineer and participate in architectural choices.

Conduct constructive code reviews and document developments to ensure platform maintainability.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 5 years in software development, with solid fullstack expertise in a modern environment.

Essential Skills:

Expert mastery of TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.

Proven mastery of Next.js (App Router, Server Components).

Concrete experience working in a monorepo (Turborepo).

Appreciated:

Enterprise authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Entra ID).

Sensitivity to observability (OpenTelemetry) or mobile/cross-platform development (React Native).

Interest in the AI / LLM / RAG ecosystem or in accessibility (WCAG).

Soft skills: Team spirit, pragmatism, autonomy, strong ability to collaborate in a small, tight-knit technical structure.

The team is small and agile. The developer works in direct and daily collaboration with the platform's Lead Engineer. The entity's mission is to design and industrialize internal applications and agents with high strategic impact, for C-Levels, CSR/Compliance departments, and group engineers.
