• Identifying and solving complex technical challenges, both on the server and client side.
• Designing and developing robust and scalable backend solutions with NodeJS (e.g., Express or NestJS).
• Implementing modern, responsive user interfaces with React or Angular.
• Prioritizing and managing tasks when working on different projects.
• Collaborating in an Agile environment with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve the best results.
• Ensuring a continuously high standard of code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Actively sharing knowledge during lunch & learns and providing collegial feedback through code reviews or peer reviews.
• Acting as a mentor and source of technical expertise for team members.
• Staying up-to-date with new trends and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of our solutions.
• Proven ability to independently design, develop, and implement high-quality Fullstack software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and extensive experience with the NodeJS ecosystem and relevant frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
• Thorough experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React or Angular.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle technical challenges thoroughly.
• Communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to collaborate constructively.
• Drive to continuously learn and further develop your professional and technical skills.
• An academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study. Preferably Master's level or an equivalent level achieved through relevant work experience(s).
• Typically at least 2-3 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, preferably in a consultancy, agency, or project-based environment.
• Experience with database modeling and SQL/NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
